We specialize in the sand casting method of aluminum casting. Our aluminum foundry allows us to handle a wide range of castings. We offer both green sand and no-bake sand casting. We do casting design analysis and modeling in-house using Solidworks and can supply as cast or complete to print. We can also machine and pressure test in-house.
We have the ability to cast over 30 different leaded and non-leaded alloys and were one of the first to pour non-leaded and low-leaded brass. We have invested in the environmental equipment to safely and responsibly pour leaded materials. Stringent controls are in place to maintain a physical separation between the ladles and liners used to produce no-lead brass and those used for other alloys.
